Q Are all the fittings sterling silver?
A Yes, I only use hallmarked sterling silver fittings on my jewellery as I want my customers to be assured that they are purchasing a quality piece of jewellery that will last.
Q How accurate are the photographs found on this website?
A It is very difficult to photograph dichroic glass, as the colour changes when held up to the light or worn against the skin. As such, each piece is always far superior to what appears in the photograph, but I have tried to describe the essence of the colours to give you a better idea of the overall effect. If you purchase one of my creations I am sure you will not be disappointed.
Q How much is postage?
A Standard first class postage within the UK is free no matter how many items you purchase. If you require quick, secure delivery you can select the next day postage delivery option at the bottom of each shopping page. This service costs £4.95 no matter how many items you order.
Q Do you post worldwide?
A Yes, I am happy to post your item anywhere in the world. Postage within Europe costs between £1.50 and £2.00 per item. Outwith Europe costs are between £2.00 and £3.00 per item. If you are buying more than one piece of jewellery please contact us for discounted postage rates.

Q What is your returns policy?
A If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery you must inform me as soon as possible. It must be returned within 14 days after receipt of the goods requesting a full refund or an alternative item of the same value. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for any postage costs to return the item and it is advisable to obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail. Once I have received your goods in their original condition I will process your refund or send out an alternative item.
Earrings cannot be returned, unless delivered faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
If your items are delivered broken or faulty please contact me immediately to discuss the matter.
